The USA says North Korea is just playing the same 'ol game...

Just raising the stakes with what the White House calls "bellicose rethoric".

(a "technical" state of war that's been going on for 60 years)

But isn't it different now?

Hasn't the Goblin from Pyongyang stated he will show "No Mercy"?

And that that's his new stance against South Korea and the USA?

Isn't everyone moving missiles, warships, etc?

(plus shitloads of stuff we don't know, needless to say)
