North Korea

They have this joke...

 North Korea hopes to complete an ambitious but long-delayed Ryugyong Hotel that dominates the skyline of the capital Pyongyang within three years - the building has already been under construction for 25 years.

And they have nuclear-toys...

 Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?

 (Bomb them?)
